In cabinetry and millwork, everything comes down to fit. At Benson, that extends beyond what we deliver – it’s how we deliver it. Our A.L.I.G.N. methodology describes our disciplined delivery process and the philosophy behind it:
We take a proactive approach from the start, producing detailed site summaries during our first measure and sharing our findings with the GC. We identify and communicate issues before they become problems, preventing delays, rework, and downstream coordination challenges.
We do a three-way engineering match to reconcile original and approved drawings with measured site conditions – meaning we build to actual conditions, and our installs always fit.
We are true partners and collaborators, sharing engineering standards, site measurements, logistics strategies, and QC protocols across trades to reduce handoffs, lower project risk, and keep delivery schedules predictable. We coordinate with site teams to solve problems instead of escalating them.
Our infrastructure makes it possible for us to operate in unique locations and extreme conditions under reduced timelines. We adapt to changing tower conditions, delivery timelines, and installation requirements. Our rapid manufacturing, parts request, and delivery workflows enable us to deliver projects within weeks, not months.
We build quality into every aspect of the process, with internal inspections during installation and again before GC walkthroughs. The result: fewer deficiencies and smoother closeouts. Cabinets arrive assembled, ready to install, and built to a consistently high standard, including soft-close hardware as a baseline.
